-1 cup flour
-2 tbs sugar
-1 tsp baking powder
-1/2 tsp salt
-3/4 cup water
-2/3 cup shortening
-1 egg
-1/2 a can of fruit
mix into a batter. pour into pie pan. place fruit on top and center.
bake at 425 degrees for 35-40 mins.
Youth Note: I haven't had this pie in a long time, I might just have to do this myself and see if it's as good as I remember.

Nacho Pie
1 Can Crescent Rolls
1 Cup Chedder Cheese Shredded
1-2 Diced JalapeƱos
1/2 Cup Chopped Onions
1lb ground beef
taco seasons
Preheat oven to 350°F
1. Cook the beef in the seasons and onion until fully cooked. Drain. Cool.
2. Separate Crescent Dough. grease pie plate.
3. Place half the Dough in plate, spread it out, doesn't have to be perfect just get good coverage.
4. Put in the Beef, Onion, JalapeƱo and Cheese, Place remaining dough on top.
5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
6. Let stand for 5 minutes. Then serve with Tortilla chips.
